The Contract Versions tab contains details of the different versions of the Contract, with the most recent at the top. The first entry is the creation of the Contract in Draft status. Entries are automatically created as the status of the Contract changes, or if endorsements are made to Signed Contracts. 

A version number is assigned to the first Signed version of the Contract, and for further changes thereafter. Who changed the status, the date and time of the status change, what has changed, and any notes recorded by the user making the status change are also recorded.
