Bordereau Summary - Approved

Understand what it means when a Bordereau reaches the Approved status in Tide.

Once a Bordereau has been through the Bordereaux Approval process‍, it reaches the status of Approved. At this point the Bordereau is published to the Tide Data Warehouse, and will have a status of Publishing whilst this is taking place.

In addition, the following takes place or is available for use:

  • The data within the Bordereau is available for review in the relevant Contract Data screens by all participants on the Contract (see Contract Access Permissions for further details).
  • Contract Rules are automatically assessed, with Breaches‍ created as appropriate
  • The Bordereau record will now be visible in the Approved tab within the Bordereaux Screen‍, as well as the Processing tab.
  • Once a Bordereau is Approved it can be Un-Approved (reversed out).‍
