This release contains the following enhancements:

Breaches Screen 

The Breaches screens at top-level and contract-level have been redesigned.

Common Entity Processing

Where an Insurer company is on multiple sections of a Contract, with different divisions for each section, there is an option for processing roles to be performed by one User for all sections using the Common Entity Processing Indicator.

Bordereau Received Date

Received Data field has been added to the Submit Bordereau Screen in order to effectively capture when a Bordereau was received by the processing party for a Contract.

Risk Inception outside of Contract period

Risk can be processed successfully where the Risk Inception Date is outside the Contract Period for Space risks.

Year of Account override

Sub-Risks that incept outside the Contract Period can now be processed against the same contract the original Risk attaches to.

Reporting Channel

One or more new sections can be added to a Reporting Channel after bordereau has been processed to it.

Endorsements

A policy can be endorsed with an effective date the day after the Risk Expiry date.

Previously Paid Figures

Previously Paid financials can now be included in Paid financials when the first claims submission is mid term.

Bordereaux Upload

Multiple bordereaux can now be uploaded at one time using the Submit Bordereaux Screen.

Multiple Deductions

A variety of deductions and taxes can be captured and utilised, either from the bordereau or, at the Section level, within a Contract.

Coverage based Section Assignment 

If you require records in your Risk, Premium or Risk & Premium bordereaux to be associated with multiple Contract Sections using coverage data, you have the option to do so during Section Assignment.

Duplicate Records

When financials are reported as Transactional, a duplicate record in a Premium bordereau will now be considered as an update to the original record.

Notes

Notes can be created and stored at contract-level, within the Supplementary tab.

Coverages in Premium Bordereaux

Coverages in Premium bordereaux can now be mapped and used in Risk Code assignment.

Insured and Risk Location Details

You are able to map Insured and Risk location details in a Premium questionnaire.

DCA or Coverholder selection 

You can view a DCA or Coverholders address when selecting to add to a Contract.

Contract Order

Contract Order can be captured and applied in the questionnaire.

Sub-Claim Identifier

Where multiple claims are reported against one Claim Reference, you can now uniquely identify each one using the Sub-Claim Identifier.  

Folder Type

The Expected, Approved and Processing tabs within the top level Bordereaux screen now include the Folder Type field with sorting and filtering functionality.

Bordereaux Submission

Bordereaux can only be submitted to Signed and Cancelled Contracts.
