Whenever you select an Export to Excel button within Tide, you will be notified that the export file is being generated and then stored in your personal Downloads area. This can be accessed from the notification message, or by navigating to your Profile icon and selecting Downloads.

While the file is being generated, it will have a Filename of Currently being generated. Once generated you can select the Filename to download the file.

There are various columns that give you details of the download including Contract Folder, Company Reference, and Unique Reference if the download was from an individual Contract. There is also a Type column that indicates which type of grid it was downloaded from, and a date time that the export was generated.
