Tasks in Tide are created against Bordereau records. 

Task Creation

Tasks can be created by Users of the following Company - Divisions within a Contract:

• Contract Administrator Role‍ (all Bordereau Types)
• Transformation Role (per Reporting Channel)
• Assignment Role‍ (per Reporting Channel)
• Approver Role‍ (per Reporting Channel)

Edit Task

Tasks can only be edited by the current owner of the task. The creator of the Task can assign any User of any Company - Division associated‍ with the Contract.

View Task and Add Notes

Each Task can have one or many notes added to it. Tasks can be viewed by, and have Notes added by, users of the following Company - Divisions:

• Contract Administrator Role‍ (all Bordereau Types)
• Transformation Role (per Reporting Channel)
• Assignment Role‍ (per Reporting Channel)
• Approver Role‍ (per Reporting Channel)
• The Broker of the Contract
• One of the Coverholders of the Contract
• One of the Insurers of the Section of the Contract associated with the Reporting Channel of the Bordereau.
• One of the TPAs of the Section of the Contract associated with the Reporting Channel of the Bordereau.
