During the early stages of processing, Tide reviews the columns provided in the Bordereau and checks these match the expected columns selected when answering the relevant Questionnaire. If any columns are missing, then Tide raises this error screen.
Tide will tell you the sheet where the columns were missing, as there may be more than one sheet being processed and only one of these has missing columns.
Then the columns that are missing are listed. There are then a few options as next steps:
- continue processing with these columns missing. This means that for this Bordereau these columns, and therefore the associated Tide field, will not be processed and populated. If you process another Bordereau with these columns missing the next time, then Tide will raise this error again, as they are still expected.
- select to edit the Questionnaire where you can de-select these columns so they are no longer expected when processing using this Questionnaire.
- pause and delete the Bordereau if appropriate. This may be because you are now going to obtain a new Bordereau with these expected columns included
