If you have set up a sheet rule whereby the only sheet that contains specified text is to be processed. Then if Tide cannot identify any sheet that contains this text, then it will raise an error. 

Either correct the sheet naming in the spreadsheet, or edit the relevant Questionnaire as appropriate in step 3.
