The last step in the Bordereau Questionnaire‍ is the Review step. This is an opportunity to review the assignment of Bordereau columns to Tide fields, as well as make default and other advanced settings.

Screen navigation

The screen contains a grid which contains all of the Tide fields of the Schema associated with the Questionnaire. These are listed in the Tide Field column. To the left of the Tide Field column is the Bordereau Field column. The grid is sorted first by Tide Fields that have a Bordereau column assigned, and then by Tide Field in ascending alphabetical order.

To the right of the Tide Field is the Step within the Questionnaire where the assignment was made; you can click on the step name to take you back to that step.

To the right of the Step field is the Default Value column, as well as Inherit From Above and Switch +/-, which are visible if you switch on the Advanced Options using the switch above the grid. These are described in more detail below.

Default Value

Against each Tide Field there is a Specify Default button. Selecting this button opens the default value modal window. Here you can enter rules for populating the Tide Field with a default value. Visit the Questionnaire - Bespoke Default‍ article for more details.

Advanced Options

You can select the Show Advanced Options switch at the top right of the grid to expand the options available in the grid. These new options appear on the right hand side of the grid. For further details on how to use Advanced Options, visit the Questionnaire - Review - Advanced Options article.
