The Transformation role in Tide is assigned in Reporting Channels, and is responsible for the Transformation activities of all Bordereaux associated with the Reporting Channel. This ‍includes the Translation ‍of the Risk, Premium, or Claims Bordereaux and addressing any Data Validation‍ errors raised.

Relevant Users of the Transformation Company - Division have the following permissions in Tide.

Questionnaire Completion

Users of the Transformation Company can both submit a Bordereau, but also select, or complete, a Bordereau Questionnaire, that is to be used for the Translation ‍of the Bordereau.

They can also select to initiate Transformation on a Bordereau that has been submitted by another participant on the Contract, but does not have a default Bordereau Questionnaire assigned.

Data Validation Errors Resolution

If any errors are raised during Transformation, then users can select to Review Errors, and then take any available action to resolve these errors. 

View Bordereau Data

Users can view all Bordereau data in the relevant (Risk, Premium, or Claim) Contract Data screen. This includes records that have errors.

Delete Bordereau

If the Bordereau has not yet been submitted for Bordereaux Assignment‍ and Bordereaux Approval‍, then users can permanently delete the Bordereau record.

Submit for Assignment and Approval

If the Bordereau has no errors remaining, then users can submit the Bordereau for Bordereaux Assignment‍ and Bordereaux Approval‍.

If errors do remain, then users can also select to complete a Partial Bordereaux Submission, only submitting the passed records for Bordereaux Assignment‍ and Bordereaux Approval‍, with the error records remaining for resolution.
