The Approval role in Tide is assigned in Reporting Channels, and is responsible for the Approval activities of all Bordereaux associated with the Reporting Channel.

The Approval role in Tide is responsible for the Bordereaux Approval‍ of the Risk, Premium, or Claims Bordereaux.

When a Bordereau reaches a status of For Approval then Approver Role users can select the Bordereau and decide whether to approve, or reject the Bordereau, recording any notes as required.

At this stage, users can also view all Bordereau data in the relevant (Risk, Premium, or Claim) Contract Data screen.
