In the Location step of the Questionnaire, one or many location types can be mapped. Mandatory location types are present for both Risk and Claim schema, and non-Mandatory location types are present for Premium Schema. Mandatory fields must be answered before you can save the Questionnaire.
Address Parser
Where a single column is supplied as the answer to multiple address questions, an address parser functionality will be made available. If a common column is mapped two or more of the following address fields;
• Floor Number
• Street Number
• Street
• Postal/Zip Code
• County
• City
• State
Tide will separate the contents of this column into its component parts during processing. Tide will then populate the Tide fields with the relevant component. Please note, where the Address Parser is used, be sure you verify the data before it is Approved.
Address Concatenation
Where unique columns have been mapped, Address field is formed using concatenation of the following fields:
• Floor Number
• Street Number
• Street
• Postal/Zip Code
If the same columns have been supplied to some or all these fields, then the value in those fields are only provided when concatenating the values to form the Address value. For example, for the following combination: Floor Number – column A, Street Number – column A, Street – column B. Then Address would be concatenated as follows: [Column A], [Column B].
