Contracts are often linked together; for example where there is a master binder with sub-binders. To reflect this linkage in Tide, contract links can be created. In Tide, you can create parent-child relationships between Contracts to reflect this.

To create or edit a link, visit the child Contract of the relationship. Navigate to the Contract Main tab, and select on the Contract Link(s) button, which will currently be set to None. This will open a window where you can select the parent Contract of the child. You will only be able to select a Contract which has the same Year of Account and for which your Company - Division is the Contract Administrator.

Once selected, a child record will have a blue Child button next to Contract Link(s). By selecting the button you can view the parent Contract. In the parent record, you can select the Parent button to view the child Contract(s).
