Creating a Copy of an Existing Questionnaire 

If you wish to create a copy of an existing Questionnaire, you can do this by selecting the Reassess Sheet or Copy Questionnaire button in Step 3 of the Questionnaire. You will then be presented with an option to select copying the Questionnaire rather than simply reassessing the sheet(s). Similar to reassessing the sheet(s) in a Bordereau, you will be required to upload a Bordereau file and specify the answers to the Sheet & Header questions. You will also have to specify a new name for the soon-to-be newly created Questionnaire.

Tide will then assess the file and present the remainder of the Questionnaire with answers based on whether the original Questionnaire’s fields have persisted in the latest Bordereau. You will have to ensure all mandatory fields are populated if any are missing as a result of the updated file.
