All Questionnaires are owned by a single Division. 

Only Users who are associated with the Questionnaire Division Owner through a Team are able to edit the Questionnaire. All Users of the Company the Division Owner is part of can use the Questionnaire during Transformation.

The Questionnaire Division Owner is set within step 2 of Bordereaux Questionnaire. You can select a Division that you are associated with through a Team. The Questionnaire Division Owner can be edited after the Questionnaire is created.

You will also be asked to select a Division Owner if selecting to use a copy of another Questionnaire via the Let Tide select the Questionnaire or Select Copy of Questionnaire‍ processes.
