Enhancement Release v.4.4

Released 15/11/24

Missing Claims Records

Missing Claim Records exports are now available from the Bordereau Statistics tab within the Bordereaux Summary of an Approved or For Approval status Claims Bordereau.

When selected, a comparison will be carried out between all claims previously reported on the associated Reporting Channel against those present on the current submission. The export will then return those claim records that are missing from the current submission.

If the submission that the export is being accessed from is partial or completes a partial bordereau submission, you will not be able to view missing claims records.

Single Effective Date / Missing Mandatory Fields

When a single effective date has been used on a Questionnaire for ‘Risk ‘ ‘ Risk & Premium ‘ and ‘ Premium ‘ Bordereaux and the field that has been mapped for Risk Reference has blank or missing records, an error screen will present where you may download the Bordereau, Edit Questionnaire or Cancel the bordereau transformation.

Breaches for Authority Claims Limit

When loading a Claims Authority, you are now able to load an authority limit to trigger breaches in the event of any claim exceeding the authority limit. If the total incurred value for any claim exceeds the authority limit, a breach will be triggered and displayed in the classic format. New Schema rules will be created for each single claim authority.

A new reference table has been created to hold all DCA, Insurer, Coverholder and Service Provider Division data in the Companies Table.

When adding or editing a Claims Authority within a Contract Section, a dropdown list will appear which will return the data from the ‘Claims Authority ‘table. From this you are then able to select either the Insurer, Coverholder, Service Provider or DCA to add to this section. As part of the Bordereau transformation, if the Tide Field ‘TPA Name’ has been mapped in the ‘Remaining Fields’ questionnaire step, a reference data validation should be applied to this field. If the Bordereau field does not match any entries in the Claims Authority reference table, an error screen will be presented.

Should the ‘TPA Name’ remain blank within the Bordereau an error screen will be displayed.
