The Contracts API Log screen may be accessed by clicking the Contracts API Log button displayed on the Contracts screen.
The Contracts API Log screen shows all unsuccessful attempts by Tide to process contracts received from an external system which are yet to be resolved. Tide will no longer display Contracts in this screen once they have been successfully processed and set up as Draft
The Contracts API Log screen displays a single row for each Contract where Tide has encountered an error during processing.
For each row with an 'Invalid' outcome, there will be a red Review Errors button. Clicking this button will display an error modal describing the original value received, the field which holds that value in the API message, the field in Tide which is being mapped and the error message which has been raised.
For reference data errors, Tide will attempt to reprocess the contract record at configured intervals. Please contact service desk when this error is first raised so that the reference data may be updated to resolve the error if needed.
