Questionnaire - Notes

Understand how to create notes against Bordereau Questionnaires

In the top right of the Bordereau Questionnaire‍ screen there is a Notes button. This button is grey and has a '- 0' when no Notes have been created, and is blue with a number against it when there is one or many Notes recorded (the number references the number of Notes created).

Selecting the Notes button opens the Bordereau Questionnaire Notes modal, where you can view previously recorded Notes and add new Notes. When a Note is saved, Tide also records the version of the Bordereau Questionnaire that the Note was entered against, the date and time created, and the name of the User that created it.

Questionnaire Notes are also visible in the View Used Bordereau Questionnaire modal.‍
