In Claims Bordereaux, one or many Experts may be detailed, such as Adjusters or Attorneys. 

The cater for this variability, Tide captures the Expert fields in a Bordereau within a grid in the Experts step of the Claims Bordereau Questionnaire.

To add a new Expert, select + ADD NEW EXPERT, which opens the New Expert modal window. You'll first be asked to select the Expert Role you are adding from a drop down (as this is not expected as a column in the Bordereau). You'll then be asked a series of questions to populate the following Expert fields:

• Expert Company Name
• Expert Company Reference
• Expert Company Address
• Expert Company State
• Expert Company Postal Code
• Expert Company Country

When you process Bordereaux, they will populate each of these fields, and Tide will know to associate these with the Expert Role that you selected.
