Data Extract Service Limitations

What limitations exists with the Data Extract Service?

Scheduling

The data extract service can only be used to retrieve data or storage elsewhere; it cannot be used for real-time queries. Your company will need to select a frequency (max. daily) and time with the Tide Service Desk.


Approved Data Only

The data extracted in respect of contract records only consist of contracts that have reached a ‘Signed’ status.  While bordereau records exist with specific statuses from ‘Uploaded’ to ‘Submitted’ to ‘Approved’ to ‘Deleted’ (‘Deleted’ is only available from v2.2 onwards).  


Scheduled/Overdue Bordereau

The bordereau dataset does not currently include records where the status is due or overdue. Data warehouse records for a bordereaux are only created once it has been reported as ‘Uploaded’ or ‘Nil’.


Share & Currency

All financial figures output are in the Original Currency and expressed for the whole contract (i.e. 100%). Users must perform their own currency conversion as required.


Timing

The extract can only be used once a day by any user, and only between 6pm – 8am.
