Enhancement Release v.4.3

Release 20/09/2024

This release contains the following enhancements:

Enhanced Mapping Export

Ability to see unmapped fields in the Questionnaire export including the advanced options. The display of advanced options will only be produced in the Export run from the QNR. The export from the Stats Tab will just show the mapped and unmapped fields.

There will be 2 exports, one from the BDX Stats tab and one from the Review questionnaire screen.

These exports will show what fields on a BDX have / haven’t been mapped and what fields in DDM have / haven’t been mapped.

Add Risk Dates to Breach Report

Risk inception and Expiry date will be added to the Breach Report

Risk Order Wording

Questionnaire Step 6 changes to wording of Order drop down options:

"Risk Order Applied" amended to "Bordereaux financials have Risk Order applied"

"100%" amended to "Bordereau financials are reported 100% (Tide to calculate)"

"Contract Order Applied" amended to  "Bordereaux financials have Contract Order applied"

"100%" amended to "Bordereau financials are reported 100% (Tide to calculate)"

Questionnaire Step 4 changes to wording:

"What value should be applied to each Risk?" amended to  "What value should be supplied for Risk Order % for each Risk?"

"What value should be applied for Contract Order %?" amended to “What value should be supplied for Contract Order %?

Auto Rules

A new Auto rule is to be created for both Risk and Premium data sets. This new Auto Rule will be Contractual. This rule will be triggered, and an unconfirmed breach will be created, in the event of any current Risk Record having a Total Sum Insured which is greater than the maximum limit of liability value that has been set at Section level of a Contract.

A button at section level asking the user if they wish to create breaches if exceeded will auto create this rule if the answer is ‘Yes

DCOM – DDM Signed Line

DCOM are instituting a change to their validations to allow contracts that are not subscribed up to 100%.

To facilitate the load from DCOM the validation in the interface has been relaxed to allow such contracts into DDM, there will still be a requirement to complete the contract to 100% in DDM, this will mean a dummy insurer will need to be set up for the remaining amounts.

Ability to Delete Auto Rules

Whilst a contract is in “Draft” status any rules that have been inherited from a prior year can now be deleted and not reported for the current year.
