The Contract Administrator is an Activity Role within Tide. Only Insurers and Brokers assigned to the Contract can be selected in this role. 

The Company - Division assigned to this Activity Role has the permissions to edit the Contract both before reaching the status of Signed, and after as a formal Endorsement.

The Contract Administrator also has the permission to select a different Insurer or Broker from the Contract as the new Contract Administrator.
