Tide is a web based central platform, where multiple companies and users access the same instance of the application.
Companies and their users then have their access to individual delegated authority Contracts governed by whether Company - Divisions they are assigned to have been associated with the Contract. Further permissions to take actions against the Contract are determined by whether their company has been assigned to an Activity Role within the Contract.
Coverholders are restricted from viewing sensitive commercial data pertaining to Brokerage on the Contract. This includes:
- Brokerage related fields in the Data tab, Bordereaux Summary Screen, Change Log, Section Details and Contract Analysis – Loss Ratio modal.
- Reporting Tab - Coverholders are not able to view data related to Brokerage in either the Contract Status or Data Validation Reports.
- Files tab - Certain files will not be visible to users associated with a Coverholder Division if the Restricted Coverholder Access to File option has been enabled by the user that uploaded the file. Broker, Insurer and TPA Divisions named on the Contract will each be able to view all the files uploaded in the Files tab.
