The Remaining Fields step in Bordereau Questionnaires is used to translate Bordereau columns to Tide fields that have not been covered by the previous steps. This is typically used for fields that are not as significant or are less likely to be provided.
Assigning Bordereau columns to Tide fields
On the left hand pane there are the list of Bordereau columns. Grey fields have not yet been translated to a Tide field, and are presented at the top. Green fields have been translated to a Tide field, and are presented at the bottom.
On the right hand side is a grid containing the translations between Bordereau columns and Tide fields. If there is a Bordereau column that should be translated to a Tide field that does not have a column assigned, then you can drag and drop the column to the relevant slot in the Mapping column (depending on your browser, it may be necessary to double click and drag the field).
Tide fields that have a Bordereau column assigned are presented at the bottom of the grid, and those that are blank at the top.
Automatic translation of Bordereau columns to Tide fields
As with the answers to questions, Tide will automatically assign Bordereau columns to Tide fields based on previous translations of the same named Bordereau columns, by all Users of Tide. See the Suggested Answers section of the Translation - the Bordereau Questionnaire article for further details.
Scroll to the bottom of the grid to see those that have been automatically translated, and you can deselect or adjust any as appropriate.
