The Data Extract service provides access the Tide Data Warehouse via a mechanism to extract approved Risk, Premium and Claim data. The data available for extraction includes all fields in the published Data Standard which are used to capture data from the processed Bordereaux and XML messages.
To simplify the extract process, the data is presented in a de-normalised manner, eliminating the need to understand the complex relationships and hierarchies.
In addition to the core Risk, Premium and Claim data, it is also possible to access all data relating to the Contracts and Bordereaux. When combined with the Risk, Premium and Claim data, it is possible to produce any Operational and MI reports/analysis you may wish.
The Data Extract service is available via a direct connection to Microsoft Azure SQL Server using standard database tools. Due to the high-sensitivity of the data and the security requirements, a single service account is provided for your company to use (end-users of the DDM service will not be permitted to access the Tide Data Warehouse directly).
