Enhancement Release v3.4

Released 12/12/2020

This release contains the following enhancements:

Advanced Row Manipulation in Questionnaire

This enhancement will a) enable you to aggregate records across multiple rows into a single combined row before the point of the Bordereau being processed, in order for Tide to consume a single row per risk, per standard functionality and b) allow you to transpose Coverage values (in Risk Bordereaux) should they be causing records to be distributed across multiple rows.

For further information please see Questionnaire – Advanced Row.

Aggregate Limit Updates

Greater flexibility with which Aggregate Limits are setup in a Contract has been introduced. Limits can now be added at all area levels within the areas selected. An Aggregate Limit Utilisation Flag is also available.

For further information please see Aggregate Limits.

Consortium and Member Details

This enhancement allows for Consortia to be added to Contracts via the ‘Insurers’ tab in a Contract Section.

For further information please see Contract Section – Markets.

Contract Analysis EPI Updates

An update to the Contract Analysis - EPI Chart, allowing for:

•           distribution of Gross Premium based on Risk Inception Date

•           the selection of multiple previous YOA line overlays within the graph

For further information please see Contract Analysis.

Coverholder User Interface Access

This change will restrict a Coverholder from viewing sensitive commercial data pertaining to Brokerage on the Contract as well as removing the simplified submission screen from use within Tide.

For further information please see Access and Permissions Overview.

Dual Market Placements

A mix of Coverholders, Brokers, Insurers and TPAs can now be added to Contracts, regardless of the market they are associated with. It will no longer be necessary to specify whether a Contract Folder is associated with the Lloyd’s market.

For further information please see Contract Creation and Contract Section – Markets.

Error Screen Grids

Transformation error screens are now aligned with existing Tide grid functionality, e.g. Contracts screen, Bordereaux screen etc.

For further information please see Data Validation - Error Screen Navigation.

Increased Validations

Tighter controls around financial data within Bordereaux have been introduced, by way of additional Transformation validations.

For further information please see Schema Rules.

Loss Ratio Multiple Grouping

You can now categorise/group data in the Loss Ratio Contract Analysis area using up to 3 Tide Field levels.

For further information please see Contract Analysis.

Manual Currency RoE Processing

Where the Coverholder Settlement Currency and Broker Settlement Currency vary, there is now the ability, during Transformation, to manually enter the ROE for each risk, if necessary.

Monitoring or Breach Rule Categorisation

This enhancement will allow you to specify a category for Bespoke Rule type, the options being Contractual or Monitoring.

For further information please see Contract Rules – Breaches.

Multi-Select Regulatory Client Classification

For Regulatory Client Classification, there is now a multi-select dropdown field at Section level within a Contract.

Regulator Field in the Contracts & Bordereaux Screens

Within the Contract and Bordereaux grids, there is now a Regulator field detailing the Regulator(s) associated with the Insurers within the Contract.

Retain Grid Filters

Tide will now retain selected filters within certain grids, so if you revisit a grid, any previously applied filters will still be selected and active.

For further information please see Tide Navigation and Controls.

Reuse Contract Rules

This enhancement will provide the ability to save Bespoke Contract or Section Rules as Rule Templates for future selection by other users of your Company.

For further information please see Company Admin - Managing Rule Templates.

Revise Bordereau Sheet Structure applied to Questionnaire

You can now reassess the sheet structure and selection rules of a Questionnaire using a new bordereau. This negates the need to create a new Questionnaire to cater to an update in sheets presented within a Bordereau.

For further information please see Identifying Sheet(s) in a Bordereau.

Risk Summary Screen Export All

This enhancement allows you to export data from all bordereau types (Risk, Premium and Claims) that pertains to a single risk from the Risk Summary Modal.

For further information please see Contract Data – Risk & Premium and Contract Data – Claim.

Single Locations Step in Questionnaire

The way you map Address information has changed. You will now be able to select multiple types of locations and their corresponding Bordereau columns to be mapped to Tide fields within a single dedicated Locations step in every questionnaire.

For further information please see Questionnaire – Location Details.
